Categories
Submitting a paper and registering are separate steps. A manuscript emailed to the secretariat is not a registration.

Paper, 6 pages
3800 RMB or 570 USD per paper. Pages from the 7th page onward are 300 RMB or 45 USD each.
02
No paper
1800 RMB or 270 USD per person. A group of 3 or more is 1500 RMB or 225 USD per person.
03
Extra journal
300 RMB or 50 USD per book. Ask the secretariat which volume is available.

How registration works

Prepare your details
Full name, affiliation, email, category, and the paper title if you are an author.

Email the secretariat
Use the subject line “CSMEIC 2027 Registration — Your Name”.

Wait for confirmation
The secretariat replies with the payment method. Fees are listed in the schedule below. Do not send payment before that reply.

Finish before the deadline
Complete registration by 10 September 2027 and keep the confirmation for check-in in Chengdu.

Pay in RMB or USD. A paper registration covers 6 pages. Extra pages are charged from page 7.
